My Christmas Round-up!

Image
Once again I have to apologise for not blogging in a while, I've had a very busy, fun filled Christmas and when I wasn't out enjoying it I was either sick or hungover! But I did get into a bit of trouble off a few people for my lack of updates so hopefully this post will make up for that! Family Time As some of you's may know my sister Siobhán came home from Vancouver to spend Christmas with the family, we haven't seen her for about a year and a half so I was delighted to be reunited with her! So for the past two and a half weeks we've filled our time with meals out, parties, walks in the park, ice skating, Dublin Christmas Market, Guinness Storehouse and we even watched Frozen three times! I've been wrecking Dean's head constantly singing "Love is an open dooooooor" Family Fun At The Hole In The Wall, Christmas Eve This is me and my family at our Christmas Eve meal...yes I have a brother, he hardly gets memtioned here, sorry!!! And the one below t

My Christmas Home!

First things first.....Christmas decorations are so feckin' expensive and you need loads to make any home look half decent, so thanks Mam for starting my collection! As you may know, I only moved into my apartment this year so my collection of decorations was non existent! I'll definitely be stocking up on more decorations during the sales! But for now here's a peek into my home so you can see what I do have! These are sitting on my mantle piece like three best friends, the middle guy is from Penneys (€4 I think!) and the other two are from Yankee Candle. The tea light candle holders are €2 in EuroGiant. I absolutely love these decorations below, very understated and cheap too! They'

Hi everybody.....as promised here's details on last nights outfit, thanks for all the compliments and comments on Facebook and Instagram, I'm really feeling the love!  Last night I went to Dakota for my first Christmas party, an unofficial get together with some of my ex colleagues. And as per usual I'm writing this from the sofa in my pj's..... watching Catfish :) First of all lets talk about the pièce de résistance....the reindeer phone cover! Only €4 in Penneys and they have a Santa one too!  As for my outfit, I went with this amazing sequinned skirt from Zara, that I picked up in Blanchardstown last week for €39.95! It's fully sequinned with matte silvery gold sequins, so it's not too flashy but still Christmas party appropriate :) It also comes in a dress version for €59.95 but I think the skirt is a great piece to have to create different looks with. I think I'll be wearing my skirt again with black tights and a more casual top for my traditional Chris
