My HerClutterBox Makeup Organiser

I recently received a 'ClutterBox', which is a luxury acrylic makeup organiser, from the Irish company HerClutterBox.

Upon receiving it I knew it was much better quality than similar, cheaper ones out there, based on the sheer weight of it. This organiser is seriously sturdy! I received the four drawer version and was in my element organising it! I have seen pictures of these Clutter Boxes all over the internet so I was dying to get started on mine.

I am a bit of a neat freak so already had my makeup pretty well organised, into grubby boxes from old Christmas gift sets. Not very glam. The ClutterBox is a major step up from that and not only does it look great on display, it's also easy to clean if a bit of makeup transfers onto it.

So lets's get down to it, you want to know if it's worth the price.

As I said I got the four drawer box which has three small drawers and a bottom drawer about twice the dept of the others. This drawer is perfect for storing palettes either sideways or on top of each other. At the minute I have about 12 palettes in there but you could easily fit another four or five in.

The ClutterBox also comes with two sets of handy dividers so you can make separate compartments, which is great for storing smaller bits. I divided this next drawer into four sections and filled them with lip products, concealers, eye liners, and single eye shadows. The dividers have little grids all along them so you can make the sections as big or as small as you want. 

My third drawer was left divider free as this was filled with bigger palettes, lashes and tubes of creams and illuminators.

I also divided the top drawer, this time into six sections, three big, three small and filled this with mascaras, blushers and smaller palettes. 

As it is the top drawer you can use this as a shelf like I have, or it does open upwards which would be handy if you wanted to store jewellery in it. 

Obviously the Her Clutter Box is clear plastic so you can see exactly where everything is. The dividers are brilliant for the smaller items, so you're not rummaging around a big drawer looking for that tiny glitter pot you want to use. And lastly because it's clear and square, it will fit and will look good anywhere, even my Dad was admiring it!

Yes it's a bit pricier than the other ones out there but it's so sturdy that you know it will hold all the bottles, tubs and tubes you have without collapsing on you one day. Pretty much all of my makeup fits in my ClutterBox and there's still room for more.

The one I have is currently on sale for €140, but it really is an investment. And if you're like me, spending a decent amount of money on makeup you may as well show it off :)
