February Favourites

I was tagged by Lisa from Cuddles and Contouring to write a post on my February favourites.  So what better products to pick than the ones that are pretty much empty at this stage!


Maybelline - The Blushed Nudes

I picked up this palette in Canada back in September but only really put it to use around Christmas time, and now it's one of make up must haves! The colours are absolutely fabulous, super pigmented and it will only set you back €15!



Estee Lauder Double Wear Foundation

This is my absolute favourite beauty product. It's the only foundation I can 100% rely on. It's full coverage, really long lasting with a absolutely flawless finish and perfect for normal/oily skin.



Soap & Glory - Hand Food

This has been a must have product for me over the winter, hence the nearly empty tube! It's a really hydrating hand cream, that smells fab without leaving your hands feeling greasy.




The Body Shop - Oils of Life Intensively Revitalising Gel Cream

I was devastated when this ran out on me during the week! I used this pretty much every night and loved the texture, the smell and even the jar! It's a lovely product that feels and looks so luxurious, I'll definitely be repurchasing.



 Dermalogica - Microfoliant

My beloved powder exfoliator unfortunately ran out me this week after a very long life! At about €53 a bottle it doesn't come cheap but it is a fantastic product. It's a very light exfoliator, which isn't too harsh in the skin. It's great for daily use on sensitive or acne prone skin and I honestly can't see myself using a normal exfoliator again!

 I do have a cheaper alternative to this on it's way to me so keep your eyes peeled for an update :)



So those are the products that I pretty much used every day and loved throughout February :)

This was my first monthly favourites post and I'm already looking forward to doing the next one!

Make Up by Polish Hand & Foot Spa

As you may have seen from my millions of pictures on Facebook & Instagram , I got my make up done! This is so exciting for me because it's something I never do! If I'm going to a salon it's usually for nails or a blow dry, I just never think to get my make up done! And why wouldn't I? I do my own make up decent enough.....but let's be honest it's never anything special. So I was only delighted when I was given the opportunity to have someone else do it for me! I was invited to Polish Hand & Foot Spa to get my make up done yesterday evening, and it was such a lovely treat!! First of all Polish Spa on Fitzwilliam Street, Dublin is a very chic salon run by Leanne and Emma. For me (and probably most other people) the interior of a salon really adds to the experience and Polish Spa did not disappoint.
