March Highlights

I was going to do a March Favourites - as in products I was enjoying, but March was a bit of an exciting* month so I said I'd talk about what I got up to instead...

*exciting in my books anyway

Passing My Driving Test

Finally!! I do not want to admit to how long I've been a learner for! Far too long anyway! So I bit the bullet (for the second time) and sat my driving test. And as you can tell I passed! It was the most nerve wracking thing I've done in a long time and I am so glad to have it behind me! I have to give a special (not sponsored) mention to my driving instructor, John from gsm.ie - I seriously could not have done it without him!

A quarter million people

If you run a Facebook page or have ever heard anyone talk about them, you know it's a major struggle to get your posts seen in newsfeeds! Sigh! Well one evening I shared a funny picture and little did I know it would be shared by hundreds of people, for my little Facebook page to be seen by a quarter of a million people in 24 hours!

Springing Forward

The day the clocks go forward has long been my favourite day of the year. I know it's just another day, but I really really hate winter. I can't stand dark evenings so I count down the days until I can change the clocks! I don't care about losing an hour of sleep, I'm all for that extra hour of sunshine.

Easter Weekend

Speaking of clocks going forward, Easter was another highlight of my month. I had five days off work and thankfully the weather was on my side for most of them. I spent a few days out and about in Dublin, drinking coffee, visiting new places and just general people watching. Easter Sunday was spent surrounded by my family and, of course, a shit load of chocolate.

Lovely day out in Dun Laoghaire.....

We also held a little Prosecco party where I asked people on Facebook and Snapchat to join in on me drinking me Prosecco from my Easter Egg, and I have to say...I think I started a trend!

H&M now delivers to Ireland

This news got me very excited yesterday! If you've ever tried to shop on H&M online you'll know they don't deliver to Ireland (Why? What's wrong with our lovely little country?). Until now that is! I'm pretty sure this is bad news for my bank account but good news for my house and wardrobe!

I have a lot to look forward to in April as well, that I'm looking forward to sharing with you, including:

Doing up my room (desperately needed)
A weekend away in Westport
Time off work, which will be well spent!
